Accessing Email

Through the web:

Head to the Falcon's Landing page, click the Log In button and enter your full @falcons.lackawanna.edu or @lackawanna.edu email address and password. Choose the Microsoft 365 tile once signed in.

Once logged in, click Apps on the left.

Within the apps menu, choose the Outlook button with the envelope icon.

You may also head directly to outlook.office.com and sign in with your full @falcons.lackawanna.edu or @lackawanna.edu email address and password as a shortcut.

Through the desktop app:

All Lackawanna College staff and full-time faculty will have the Microsoft 365 Suite installed on their school-issued machine. Everyone will be signed into the Outlook desktop app during on-boarding with IT. If you cannot find the app on your desktop, open Windows Search and type Outlook.

Students and those who do not have a school-issued machine can sign into the Outlook desktop application installed with Windows with their full @falcons.lackawanna.edu or @lackawanna.edu email address and password.

Through the mobile app:

You may install the Outlook mobile app on Android or iOS through the respective app stores. Clicking the correct button on this page from Microsoft on your mobile device will take you to the app store page. Otherwise search for Microsoft Outlook from the Microsoft Corporation on your device's app store.

Once installed, sign in with your full @falcons.lackawanna.edu or @lackawanna.edu email address and password.
