Activate Portal Account or Forgot Password
Students:
**NOTE** Please also see step by step guide attached at the bottom **NOTE**
If you have never logged into the portal:
- Go to portal.lackawanna.edu
- Click Password Assistance on the left
- Click Activate My New Account
- Fill in the information. Your Student ID will be located in your Welcome Email.
- Enter password in first box, verify password in second box
- Create Challenge Questions, be aware they are case-sensitive.
If you have logged into the portal before:
- Go to portal.lackawanna.edu
- Click Password Assistance on the left
- Click Forgot My Password
- Enter your falcons email address (firstname.lastname@falcons.lackawanna.edu)
- Answer your challenge questions
- Enter new password in first box, verify password in second box
Staff/Faculty:
Currently employees cannot change their password if they forget their current one. Please contact Lackawanna College IT at support@lackawanna.edu and we will verify information to reset your password.
